  • You take action on the advice we give you. We’re open to feedback and reaching a solution that works for both parties, but if you’re not going to listen to us, we’re not going to make you money. And I NEVER take on a client who I don’t believe will make back many, many times what they invest on our services.
  • You need to be adding fresh leads every month. Can I make you a lot of cash from a list that’s been sitting there a while? Probably. But fresh leads are the lifeblood of any business. If you haven’t collected new leads in months, and don’t have a plan to do so, then it’s only a matter of time before your list is “burned out.”
  • You have a list of at least 10,000 prospects. If you have a list of high-ticket buyers, we can probably work with less. But frankly, if your list isn’t at least 10,000, it’s going to be hard for me to make enough of a difference in your bottom line to make it worth your while. As they say, you can’t chisel a pebble.
  • You can get all the decision makers on the call with me and make a “yes or no” determination on our plan. If you need to run it by a bunch of people, then please have the decision maker for your business get in touch with me.
  • You are ready to get started right now. That means you have the means to pay us (we don’t work for free, after all) and you have the infrastructure in place.
